Tuesday - 5:15am - 6:00am : booty bands / glute training  

6:00pm - 7:00pm : boot camp 

wednesday  - 5:15am - 6:30am : open gym 

thursday - 5:15am - 6:00am : Booty bands/ glute training

6:00pm - 7:00pm : boot camp 

friday - 5:15am - 6:00am : spin bike & cardio kickboxing 

saturday - 8:00am - 9:00am : boot camp 

Sunday - 8:00 am - 9:00am : boot camp
